the list of the main technical characteristics of divisible object of construction in progress, information on which is posted on websites of the customer of construction, the developer of construction (in the presence), managing fund of financing of construction (in the presence) in case the asset construction of real estate (apartment house) is performed with attraction of non-state means (direct or mediated) physical persons and legal entities, in particular in management, for further acquisition by such persons of the property right to the respective real estate units, according to Appendix 1;
the list of the basic structural elements and the engineering equipment of indivisible object of incomplete construction/dividend of object of construction in progress which component is the corresponding future real estate object, according to appendix 2;
the list of the basic structural elements and the engineering equipment according to the project documentation on construction of future real estate object which description is specified in the purchase and sale agreement of future real estate object, according to appendix 3;
