According to part five of Article 33 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for attraction to delivery of health care of pharmaceutical workers, job seekers of the higher education of 4-6 years of training in specialties of knowledge domain 22nd "Health care", junior specialists with medical education, doctors-interns and specialists doctors without requirements for certification of assignment or confirmation of qualification category for establishment of quarantine, introduction of emergency situation, emergency or warlike situation which is applied.
2. Item 24 of the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, Art. 1184), to add with the paragraph of the following content:
"The specified requirement does not extend to persons determined by part five of Article 33 of Bases of the legislation of Ukraine On health protection.".
