The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, Art. 892; with the changes made by the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 No. 1916-IX) to state in the following edition:
"Article 6. Providing the right of persons living in temporarily occupied territory and also in the territories in which are conducted fighting, on receipt of identity documents and confirming citizenship of Ukraine, or the identity documents and confirming its special status (was conducted)

Registration, exchange of identity documents and confirming citizenship of Ukraine, or the identity documents and confirming its special status, gluing in in the photo cases determined by the legislation in case of achievement of the corresponding age in the passport of the citizen of Ukraine to persons taking the registered or declared residence in temporarily occupied territory and also in the territories in which are conducted (were conducted) the fighting determined according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, performs the central executive body, realizes state policy in spheres of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation, in the place of the address of person.
