Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of February 9, 2007 No. 16-FZ "About transport safety" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 7, Art. 837; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4058; 2014, No. 6, Art. 566; 2015, No. 29, Art. 4356; 2018, No. 1, Art. 26; 2019, No. 31, Art. 4429; No. 49, Art. 6974; 2023, No. 10, Art. 1576; No. 14, Art. 2384) following changes:

1) in Item 11 of Article 1:

a) to add the subitem "g" after the words "except for" with words of "the small size vessels used in non-commercial purposes";

b) to add the subitem "d" after the words "except for" with words of "the small size vessels used in non-commercial purposes";

Part 2 of Article 7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. Levels of safety of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles and procedure for their announcement (establishment) in case of change of the degree of threat to making of the act of illegal intervention in activities of transport complex are established by the Government of the Russian Federation.";

Article 12.3 to add 3) with parts 1.1 and 1.2 of the following content:

"1.1. For protection of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles against acts of illegal intervention of division of transport safety can use the guard dogs trained and certified in accordance with the established procedure in the following cases:

1) search and identification of weapon, explosives or other devices, objects and substances concerning which the prohibition or restriction for moving to zone of transport safety or its part (special dogs) are established;

2) search and detection of the person in its individual smell (investigation dogs);

3) protection of objects of transport infrastructure and vehicles (guard dogs).
