About introduction of amendments to the Model charter of limited liability company
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Standard charter of limited liability company approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 27, 2019 No. 367 "Some questions of deregulation of economic activity" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 36, the Art. 1260), the enclosed changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months from the date of its publication.
