1. Approve the basic standard rate of assignment of the profit share directed to dividend payout by results of financial and economic activities in 2022:
economic societies in which authorized capital there are corporate laws of the state and also economic societies, 50 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to economic societies, the share of the state in which constitutes 100 percent, including affiliated enterprises, in the amount of 50 percent (on condition of the direction of 30 percent of net profit on recovery of the damaged property and counteraction to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation);
"Government Savings Bank of Ukraine" joint-stock company in the amount of 30 percent;
joint-stock company "National joint stock company "Naftogaz of Ukraine" in the amount of 30 percent, other means from net profit to direct to purchase of the natural gas extracted in the territory of Ukraine;
private joint-stock company "Ukrgidroenergo" in the amount of 30 percent (on condition of the direction of 50 percent of net profit on recovery of the destroyed and damaged property as a result of rocket attacks of the Russian Federation);
private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Finance Housing Company" in the amount of 30 percent (on condition of the direction of 50 percent of net profit on financing of available mortgage lending);
private joint-stock company "Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company" in the amount of 30 percent (on condition of the direction of 50 percent of net profit on renewal of the fleet);
joint-stock company Privatbank commercial bank and the state public joint stock company "National joint stock company "Ukragroleasing" in the amount of 80 percent;
the state public joint stock company "Ukrbud real estate development company in the amount of 95 percent.
