According to the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the Procedure and criteria of determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are crucial for the functioning of economy and ensuring life activity of the population during the special period approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the January 27, 2023 No. 76, of Items 8, 10 Regulations on the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 18, 2019 No. 856, I order:
1. Approve criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of digitalization which are applied is performed.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of personnel (A. Malenko):
1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
2) promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the first deputy minister Vyskuba of A. A.
