About measures for implementation of system of certificates of "Green energy"

For the purpose of development of use of renewable energy resources based on the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 2, 2022 No. PP-436 "About measures for increase in efficiency of the reforms directed to transition of the Republic of Uzbekistan to "green" economy till 2030":

1. Approve the offer of the Ministry of Economics and finance, the Department of Energy and Uzbekgidroenergo Joint-stock company on step-by-step implementation of system of the certificates of "green energy" confirming power generation with use of renewable energy resources:

since July 1, 2023 - for the electric power developed on hydroelectric power stations of system of Uzbekgidroenergo joint-stock company;

since October 1, 2023 - for the electric power developed on solar, wind and hydroelectric power stations and also from other renewable energy resources.

2. Establish procedure according to which:

one certificate of "green energy" confirms development 1 000 кВт*час to the electric power with use of renewable energy resources;
