About cancellation of the contract between Ukraine and the Russian Federation about cooperation in use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait
Due to the basic change of circumstances, according to article 62 of the Vienna convention on the right of international treaties of 1969 and article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine" the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Withdraw from the contract between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on cooperation in use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait made on December 24, 2003 in Kerch and ratified by the Law of Ukraine of April 20, 2004 No. 1682-IV (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, No. 32, the Art. 387).
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
