About exit from the agreement on creation of the Black Sea group of the Naval cooperation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Leave since October 1, 2023 the agreement on creation of the Black Sea group of the Naval cooperation signed on behalf of Ukraine on April 2, 2001 in Istanbul and ratified by the Law of Ukraine of June 5, 2003 No. 948-IV (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. 39, the Art. 347).

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
