Item 5 of the Section III of the instruction on the organization of forced execution of decisions approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 No. 512/5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on April 02, 2012 at No. 489/20802 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine from September 29, 2016 No. 2832/5), to add with the new paragraph of the following content:
"When implementing enforcement proceeding the contractor by means of the automated system can create summarized information on the debtor, its property, the income and means. Such information is created by the automated system based on the data which are available in it for date of forming received by contractors from registers, databases and other information systems of state bodies, banks or other financial institutions, non-bank payment service providers during forced execution of decisions.".
