About modification of the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on Government commission on import substitution approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 4, 2015 No. 785 "About Government commission on import substitution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 32, Art. 4773; 2018, No. 35, Art. 5540; 2020, No. 14, Art. 2109).

Changes which are made to Regulations on Government commission on import substitution

1. Add item 4 with the subitem "m" of the following content:

"l) for the purpose of realization of Item 77 of Rules of provision of subsidies from the federal budget to the Russian credit institutions and the state corporation of development "ВЭБ.РФ" on compensation of the income half-received by them on the loans granted to the Russian organizations of the industry on the purpose of implementation of the investment projects directed to production of priority products, on preferential interest rate, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2023 No. 295 "About the state support of the organizations realizing the investment projects directed to production of priority products" considers the offers of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation prepared taking into account decisions of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of preferential crediting of the investment projects directed to production of priority products the investment projects accepted according to subitems "an" and "b" of item 4 of the Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of preferential crediting directed to production of priority products, No. 295 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 22, 2023 "About the state support of the organizations realizing the investment projects directed to production of priority products" on realization of the powers of the Government of the Russian Federation specified in Items 2, of 3, subitems "v", "g" and "zh" of Item 11 and the subitem "n" of Item 65 of the specified Rules.".
