About some questions of regulation of export of ammophos and ammonium nitrate

According to Item 2 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On regulation of trading activity", article 29 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the Section 10 of appendix 7 to the Agreement I ORDER:

1. Impose export ban from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for a period of six months road transport on ammophos (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 3105590000) and ammonium nitrate (code of the commodity nomenclature of Foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union 3102309000).

2. To provide to committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) the notification of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan in ensuring control on execution of Item 1 of this order;

4) informing the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the prohibition specified in Item 1 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
