b) the offer first of the paragraph of third to state in the following edition:

"The withdrawn weapons and cartridges are reported to law-enforcement bodies for temporary storage for the term which is not exceeding 4 months before return to their owner based on the decision of territorial authority of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation or transfer to territorial authority of the Federal Service of troops of national guard of the Russian Federation.".
