About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 459 "Questions of the Ministry of Economics" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 77, Art. 2183; 2019, No. 74, Art. 2588; 2021, No. 17, Art. 676, No. 45, Art. 2762, No. 59, Art. 3694), following changes:
to add the subitem 1 of Item 3 with the paragraph of the following content:
"state policy in the field of protection of critical infrastructure in the sector of critical infrastructure for which the Ministry as sectoral body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure is responsible;";
add item 4 with subitem 275-1 of the following content:
"275-1) performs within the powers provided by the law, tasks in the field of protection of critical infrastructure in the sector of critical infrastructure for which the Ministry as sectoral body in the field of protection of critical infrastructure is responsible;".
