Declare invalid the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of May 10, 2012 No. 639 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for carrying out tenders selling blocks of shares of joint-stock companies", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 12, 2012 at No. 940/21252.
2. To provide to management of big privatization of department of privatization of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
