For the purpose of construction in the city of Tashkent and the Tashkent region on the basis of public-private partnership of the high comprehensive schools conforming to international standards, ensuring their maintenance at the high level and also creation of necessary conditions for receipt of quality education by pupils:

1. Take into consideration that:

Asian Development Bank (further - ABR), the Ministry of preschool and school education, the Ministry of Economics and finance, and also the Ministry of investments, industry and trade on December 17, 2019 signed the Agreement on consultations and maintenance (further - the Agreement);

according to the Agreement the agreement on realization in 2023-2024 with participation of ABR of the "Creation of 13 High Comprehensive Schools in the City of Tashkent and the Tashkent Region on the basis of Public-private Partnership" project is reached (further - the Project).

2. Determine that within the Project the following form of public-private partnership takes root:

a) by the project of the organization of high comprehensive schools on the basis of public-private partnership the state partner determines the Ministry of preschool and school education;

b) the private partner is determined following the results of the international tender held according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About public-private partnership" and the agreement on public-private partnership on construction, equipment and operation of high comprehensive schools, without the right of the further order is signed with it;

c) private partner:

carries out works on designing, construction and equipment of high comprehensive schools at the expense of own means and attraction of the credits;

transfers the constructed high comprehensive schools to use to the state partner;
