About measures for expansion of scope and improvement of quality of digital services, and also digital transformation of spheres, industries and regions

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for access of the population and subjects of entrepreneurship to digital services, improvements of business climate, reducing bureaucratic procedures, and also digital transformation of public administration, industries of real production sectors and regions:

1. Approve:

a) 300 priority projects performed within the Digital Government and Digital Region programs in 2023-2024, in particular:

the list of 112 priority projects on digitalization of public administration according to appendix No. 1;

the list of 51 priority projects on digitalization of industries of real production sectors according to appendix No. 2;

the list of 137 priority projects on digital transformation of regions according to appendix No. 3;

b) The list of 95 services and services implemented on the Single portal of interactive state services first of all within finishing until the end of 2023 the number of the rendered services on the portal to 570, and also the schedule according to appendices No. No. of 4-4;

c) The plan of practical measures for implementation of billing systems in some industries of the social and economic sphere according to appendix No. 5;

d) The list of 47 types of data which reclamation at the population and subjects of entrepreneurship is cancelled since December 1, 2023 by their representation in digital format in interdepartmental integration platform of the Digital Government system according to appendix No. 6;

e) The list of the notifications and notices sent to the population and subjects of entrepreneurship on condition of access to services according to appendix No. 7.

2. Establish procedure according to which the Ministry of digital technologies (Sh. H. Shermatov) is responsible for coordination and acceleration of projects of digitalization in spheres and industries, including first of all in 2023-2024 - in spheres of health care and water economy.
