1. Make experiment on application of electronic navigation seals when transporting in mutual trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation of goods railway and (or) automobile modes of transport (further - experiment).

2. Determine that:

a) the federal executive body authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment is the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation;

b) the bodies of the Russian Federation participating in experiment are the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Tax Service and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (further - state bodies of the Russian Federation).
