2. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) of August 23, 2017 No. 473 "About approval of Rules of the organization of search of the military personnel disappearing from bodies of inquiry, investigation and court, and also self-willedally left location of military units of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15767);
2) of October 5, 2020 No. 500 "About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 23, 2017 No. 473 "About approval of Rules of the organization of search of the military personnel disappearing from bodies of inquiry, investigation and court, and also self-willedally left location of military units of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 21375).
3. To provide to head department of military police of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
