1. "34-1. For placement of information on public discussions on official Internet resources of local executive bodies (further – MIO) creates the heading "Public Discussions" (further – the Heading) in form according to appendix 5 to these rules.

34-2. Public discussions are carried out by means of open meeting in the following cases:
