About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40

Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 424-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2017 No. 40 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture" the following changes:

in preamble of the word "According to Article" shall be replaced with words "Based on paragraphs of the third and fourth of Article";
