The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Add Rules of payment of remuneration for employee inventions, office useful models, office industrial designs approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 16, 2020 No. 1848 "About approval of Rules of payment of remuneration for employee inventions, office useful models, office industrial designs" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 47, Art. 7548; Official Internet portal of legal information (www.pravo.gov.ru), 2023, on May 26, No. 0001202305260019), Item 5 (1) following content:
"5(1). If employer is the scientific organization or the educational organization of the higher education which is the public or local government office state or municipal unitary enterprise, the remuneration to the worker provided by items 4 and 5 these rules is paid in the amount of 50 amounts of commission of the employer caused (provided) by the relevant agreement.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
