1. Make change to the subitem 2 of Item 2 of the Section III of Provisions on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and the satisfaction of requirements of creditors of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 07, 2017 at No. 1104/30972, having stated paragraph two in the following edition:
"The obligations which arose owing to damnification of life and to health of citizens belong to the first priority. Monetary commitments in the amount determined according to the procedure, No. 986 established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 04, 2019 "About approval of the Procedure for capitalization of payments in Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine in cases of liquidation of insurers" belong to such obligations, in particular;".
2. To provide to department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal support department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. And the international organizations to provide to management of public relations placement of this decision on the official page of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits on the Internet after its state registration.
