"2. Bring in Item 1 of the Section I of the Procedure for filling of the detail "Purpose of payment" of settlement documents on transfer in case of payment (collection) of taxes, charges, payments into budget accounts and/or single fee on obligatory national social insurance into off-budget accounts, and also into the single account, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the order of July 24, 2015 No. 666, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2015 at No. 974/27419, the following changes:
