1. Approve the enclosed Rules of calculation and collection of payment for negative impact on the environment.

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation and separate provision of the act of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

3. Item of 1 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 7, 2022 No. 2244 "About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 50, Art. 8944), to exclude.

4. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

5. The rules approved by this resolution are effective till September 1, 2029.
