ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About modification and amendments in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2021 No. KR DSM-19 "About approval of storage precautions and transportations of medicines and medical products"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2021 No. KR DSM-19 "About approval of storage precautions and transportations of medicines and medical products" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 22230) the following changes and amendments:

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to Item 1 of article 250 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" I ORDER:";

in storage precautions and transportations of the medicines and medical products approved by the specified order:

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. These rules of storage and transportation of medicines and medical products (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 1 of article 250 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About health of the people and health care system" (further - the Code) and determine procedure for storage and transportation of medicines and medical products.";

add with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. Storage of medicines and medical products shall be performed in case of relative humidity of air in storage not higher than 65% if in the instruction to primeniye the producer the producer does not specify another.";

state Item 7 in the following edition:

"7. In the course of storage of medicines and medical products by the responsible person at least once a week quality control by means of visual survey of condition of packaging (container) and external changes of medicines and medical products is exercised.";

add with Item 17-1 of the following content:

"17-1. Storage of medicines at heating devices is not allowed. The distance from racks, pallets, cases for storage of medicines and medical products from heating element shall be at least 1 meter.";
