About modification of the Regulations on advisory committee on the public (municipal) procurements

According to Items 7 and 44of the Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix №1 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Bring in the Regulations on the Advisory committee on the public (municipal) procurements approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of October 8, 2019 No. 168, of change according to appendix.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

The changes made to Regulations on advisory committee on the public (municipal) procurements

1. Add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The structure of Committee can include heads (deputy managers) of public authorities of state members, heads (deputy managers) of structural divisions of such bodies, and also representatives of business communities (according to the offer of authorized bodies).".

2. To state the subitem "b" of Item 14 in the following edition:

"b) prepares and sends to members of the committee the agenda of committee meeting and materials to questions of the agenda of committee meeting;".

3. In the subitem "an" of Item 16 the word "considered" shall be replaced with words "offered to consideration".
