About modification of the Instruction about procedure for accomplishment of international treaties concerning provision of legal assistance on civil cases concerning delivery of documents, receipt of proofs and recognition and execution of judgments
According to article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "About international treaties of Ukraine", article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About suspension of action and exit from the Convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases and the Protocol to the Convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases of January 22, 1993" we order:
1. Make change to Item 8.2 of the Section VIII of the Instruction on procedure for accomplishment of international treaties concerning provision of the legal assistance in civil cases concerning delivery of documents, receipt of proofs and recognition and execution of judgments approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Public judicial administration of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 1092/5/54, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on July 02, 2008 at No. 573/15264, having stated it in the following edition:
"8.2. The convention on legal assistance and legal relations on civil, family and criminal cases of 1993 (further - the Convention of 1993) is effective in edition of 1993 in the relations of Ukraine with the Azerbaijan Republic, the Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan and Georgia.
In the relations with the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Moldova the articles of the convention of 1993 changed by the Protocol to it of 1997 are applied in edition of this protocol.".
