1. The right to appointment and payment of the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health have faces from number of persons employed of objects of critical infrastructure, government employees, officials of local self-government who became persons with disability in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to disease, connected with accomplishment official (office, professional) obligations during military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in areas of carrying out after February 24, 2022 of military (fighting) operations or in the areas which were exposed after this date goal-scorers, to airstrikes and other armed attacks.
2. In case of death (death) of persons specified in part one of this Article, in connection with wound, mutilation, contusion or owing to disease, connected with accomplishment official (office, professional) obligations during military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in areas of carrying out after February 24, 2022 of military (fighting) operations or in the areas which were exposed after this date to bombings, airstrikes and other armed attacks, the one-time monetary assistance for harm of life and to health is appointed and paid to members of their families.
