About modification of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" concerning award of pension to persons living in temporarily occupied territory or in the territory in which fighting is conducted

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About obligatory national pension insurance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, No. No. 49-51, of Art. 376 with the following changes) to add Item 14-6 of the Section XV "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine with subitem 14-6. 2 following of content:

"14-6.2. Temporarily, during action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three months after its termination or cancellation, for persons who were living/living in the territory in which are conducted fighting, and/or in the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation if the request for award of pension happened during action of warlike situation in Ukraine and within three months after its termination or cancellation provided that the circulation period provided by part one of article 45 of this Law behind purpose of the corresponding pension did not expire as of February 24, 2022 (was conducted), pension is granted:

on age - from the date of, the achievement of retirement age following behind day;

on disability - from the date of disability establishment;

in connection with loss of the supporter - from the date of, the supporter following behind day of death;

for period of service of years - from the date of, the dismissal following behind day from work which grants the right to such pension, but not earlier than February 24, 2022.

The salary (income) for calculation of pension to persons specified in paragraph one of this subitem is determined taking into account indicator of the average salary (income) in Ukraine with which insurance premiums, in three calendar years preceding year from which pension is granted are paid.
