About introduction of amendments to the Code of Ukraine About administrative offenses, the Criminal code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning settlement of single questions of activities of National police of Ukraine during action of warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Code of Ukraine About administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

Article 15 to add 1) with part six of the following content:

"Police polices of special function of National police of Ukraine which during action of warlike situation are involved in direct participation in fighting bear the responsibility provided by Articles 172-10 and 172-19 of Chapter 13-B of this Code for making of military administrative offenses under condition if these offenses do not involve criminal liability.
