According to part eight of article 18 of the Law of Ukraine "About metrology and metrological activities" I order:

1. Bring in procedure for maintaining the database about the scientific metrological centers, the metrological centers and testing laboratories authorized on carrying out checking of legislatively regulated means of the measuring equipment which are in operation, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine of September 21, 2015 1164, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 06, 2015 at No. 1203/27648, the following changes:

1) in Item 1 of the Section I of the word "Ministries of Development of Economy, Trade and Agricultural Industry of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The Ministries of Economics of Ukraine";

Items 1-3 of the Section III to exclude 2).

With respect thereto to consider item 4 Item 1.

2. To provide to department of technical regulation in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
