1. In requirements to writing of the name of the legal entity, its separate division, the public forming which does not have the status of the legal entity, except the organization of labor union, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 05, 2012 No. 368/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 05, 2012 at No. 367/20680 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of October 17, 2018 No. 3236/5):
in the subitem 2 of Item 1 and the paragraph third Item 2 to replace the word "in English" with the word "on foreign";
in paragraph four of Item 3 of the word "words "separate division" ("branch", "representation") shall be replaced with words "the word "branch " or "representation"".
