ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 333 which voided the Order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of September 29, 2016

According to the paragraph to the second part three of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About the central executive bodies", Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 25, 2011 No. 563 "About approval of the Standard regulations on territorial authorities of the ministry and other central executive body", Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of September 29, 2016 No. 333 "About approval of Regulations on territorial authorities of Gosgeokadastr", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2016 at No. 1391/29521.

2. To provide to department of regulation of land relations in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
