According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 31, 2006 the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Internal Affairs decide NPP-458 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Activities of Department for Execution of Judgments, Material and Financial Provision of Activity of the Courts under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for safety of courts, legal procedures and their participants, according to appendix.
2. From the date of entry into force of this resolution to declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2001 of N01-10 and the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 13, 2001 of N1 "About Approval of the Procedure for Safety of Judges and Participants of Legal Procedures" (рег. N1028 of 16.04.2001).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
