About introduction of amendments to the Family code of Turkmenistan

1) in part one Items 23 and 25 of Article 1 after words "the rights of welayats" to add with the words "and state value";

2) in part two of Article 24 of the text of the Code in state language of the word "nika bozulandygy" shall be replaced with words "nikanyn bozulandygy";

11, the name, part two, paragraph one of part three of Article 66 of the word of "the child's birth" to replace 3) in the name of Chapter with the word "births";

Article 67 to state 4) in the following edition:

"Article 67. Birth statement

"7. The list of the necessary documents shown for making of civil registration and issue of the repeated certificate and other documents is established by regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan.".

II. This Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
