1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 14, 2012 No. 285 "About Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the following change and amendment:
as a part of Energy council in case of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named Decree:
after the line "members of council:" to add with line of the following content:
"adviser to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
state the line "Minister of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the following edition:
"Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
