In case of election of measure of restraint concerning the suspect or the person accused specified in part pervoy.1 articles 108 of this Code the possibility of election of such measure of restraint which will allow to continue implementation of business activity and (or) management of the belonging property used for the purpose of business activity, except for withdrawn or distrained property, or activities for implementation of powers for management of the organization, or in connection with implementation of business or other economic activity by the commercial organization is without fail considered.";
