About modification of technique of verification of housing subsidies

According to part three of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About verification and monitoring of the state payments", Items 2, 3 Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 16, 2022 No. 1041 "Some questions of provision of housing subsidies and privileges for payment of housing and communal services, acquisitions of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas by the Pension fund of Ukraine" and for the purpose of settlement of process of verification of housing subsidies order:

1. Bring in the technique of verification of housing subsidies approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 27, 2020 No. 641, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 19, 2021 at No. 218/35840 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 23, 2022 No. 180), the following changes:

in Chapter II:

Item in paragraph one 1, the paragraph the sixth the subitem of 1 Item 5, the paragraph the twenty seventh the subitem 3 of Item 5 of the word "The ministry of social policy of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The pension fund of Ukraine";

in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the word "Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words "The pension fund of Ukraine";

the fifteenth Item 3 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"information system of the Pension fund of Ukraine (concerning charge and/or payments of privilege for payment of housing and communal services, acquisition of solid and liquid oven household fuel and the liquefied gas)";

subitem in paragraph seven 5, the paragraph the twenty fourth the subitem 3 of Item 5 of the word "Ministries of Social Policy of Ukraine" shall be replaced with words 2 Items "The pension fund of Ukraine";
