Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 1999 No. 1596 "About approval of the Payment procedure of pensions and the monetary assistance through current accounts in banks" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 35, Art. 1803; 2016, No. 79, Art. 2636; 2017, No. 43, the Art. 1334) and of February 26, 2022 No. 162 "About features of payment and delivery of pensions, money allowances for the period of introduction of warlike situation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 20, the Art. 1065, No. 39, the Art. 2077, No. 84, the Art. 5180) the enclosed changes.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 1999 No. 1596 and of February 26, 2022 No. 162

1. According to the procedure of pension payment and the monetary assistance through current accounts in banks, No. 1596 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 1999:

In paragraph one of item 4 of the word" in which function" to replace 1) with the word "through";

Paragraph two of Item 10 to state 2) in the following edition:
