About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of aircraft of general purpose, adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law in the field of civil aviation, establishment of additional mechanisms of implementation of effective control behind safety of aircraft and deregulation of economic activity in the field of civil aviation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Air code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 48-49, 536):

1) in Article 5:

3 parts two to state Item in the following edition:

"3) licensing of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers and/or dangerous goods, dangerous wastes by air transport and provision of the rights to operation of air-lines and appointments to air carriers";

add with part five of the following content:

"5. The authorized body concerning civil aviation has the right of appeal to the court for the purpose of accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it";

2) in Article 6 part one:

state Items 9 and 14 in the following edition:

"9) registration and accounting of objects of aviation activities, maintaining the State register of civil aircrafts of Ukraine, implementation of accounting of civil airfields of Ukraine";

"14) issue of licenses for implementation of economic activity on provision of services on transportation of passengers and/or dangerous goods, dangerous wastes by air transport, provision of the rights to operation of air-lines and appointments to air carriers";

exclude Item 17;

"And operation at least two aircrafts" to exclude 3) in part six of Article 10 of the word;

Item 6 parts one of Article 13 to exclude 4);

Articles 16, 40 and 44 to state 5) in the following edition:

"Article 16. The state inspectors and persons authorized on conducting checks
