About approval of rate of export customs duty on colza seeds, or colzas, crushed or not crushed, exported out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In partial change of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 23, 2006 N795 "About Approval of Rates of Export Customs Duties on the Goods Which Are Exported from the Territory of the Russian Federation out of Limits of the State Parties of Agreements on the Customs Union and Recognition Voided Some Acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, N 1, by the Art. 254) to approve rate of export customs duty on colza seeds, or colzas, crushed or not crushed (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code of Russia 1205), in the amount of, to equal 15 percent of customs value of goods, but at least 30 euros for 1000 kilograms.

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication.
