Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 24, 2009 No. 209-FZ "About hunting and about preserving hunting resources and about modification of separate legal acts of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3735; No. 52, Art. 6441; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4590; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331; 2020, No. 17, Art. 2725; No. 52, Art. 8601; 2021, No. 24, Art. 4188; 2022, No. 45, Art. 7678) following changes:

Part 1 of Article 33 to add 1) with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) implementation of life insurance and health of the state hunting inspectors exercising federal state hunting control (supervision) in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, the natural territories of federal importance which except for are especially protected.";

Article 40 to add 2) with parts 18 - 25 following contents:

"18. The authorized body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation in the field of hunting and preserving hunting resources shall insure as the insurer life and health of the state hunting inspectors exercising the state supervision in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation, the natural territories of federal importance which except for are especially protected, is continuous during all term of implementation of the specified powers.
