Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of January 10, 1996 No. 4-FZ "About land reclamation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 3, Art. 142; 2003, No. 2, Art. 167; 2004, No. 35, Art. 3607; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5498; 2008, No. 29, Art. 3418; 2009, No. 1, Art. 17; 2014, No. 42, Art. 5615; 2016, No. 15, Art. 2066; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7795; 2022, No. 52, Art. 9369) following changes:

1) in Article 2:

a) state paragraph two in the following edition:

"land reclamation - the activities directed to improvement of properties of lands, including to reproduction of fertility of lands by holding meliorative actions both their scientific and technological providing;";

b) third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"meliorative actions - designing, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs and operation of meliorative systems and separately located hydraulic engineering constructions, creation of agricultural forest melioration plantings and agrophytomeliorative plantings, carrying out kulturtekhnichesky works, works on improvement of chemical and physical properties of soils;";
