3) protection of physical persons in cases, stipulated in Article 749 and parts two, third, fourth article 750 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About administrative offenses";
4) representative office of physical persons in the cases provided by Articles 112 and 325 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
