1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2018 No. 151 "About approval of Rules of creation, placement and operation of the sea objects used when carrying out investigation and (or) hydrocarbon production at the sea and internal reservoirs" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 17066) the following changes and amendment:

"3. The list of the main requirements to rendering the state service "Issue of Permission to Creation and Placement of Sea Objects" (further – the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service) is given in appendix 1 to these rules.

Aggregate term of consideration of documents and issue of permission by authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons constitutes thirteen working days.";

"4. The applicant for receipt of permission to creation and placement of sea objects sends to authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" (further – the portal) the documents necessary for rendering the state service specified in Item 8 of the List of the main requirements to rendering the state service.

In day of receipt of the statement the employee of office of authorized body in the field of hydrocarbons performs acceptance and document registration, and reports the registered documents to the head of responsible structural division who determines the executive in charge of structural division.
