I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 16, 2016 No. 33 "About approval of Rules of substitution of positions of teachers, scientists of military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for positions of civil servants" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 13133) the following change:
in Rules of substitution of positions of teachers, scientists of military, special educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, except for positions of civil servants:

"40. In case of disagreement, participants of tender appeal the decision according to provisions of the Administrative procedural Procedure Code.".
2. To department of personnel policy (Zholdasov O. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Department of personnel policy (Zholdasov O. Zh.) Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
