About coordination of the international and foreign economic relations of subjects of the Russian Federation

1. Subjects of the Russian Federation within the powers conferred to them by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the federal legislation and contracts between public authorities of the Russian Federation and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation about differentiation of areas of jurisdiction and powers have rights to implementation of the international and foreign economic relations with subjects of foreign federal states, administrative-territorial formations of foreign states, and also on participation in activities of the international organizations within the bodies created especially for this purpose. Subjects of the Russian Federation with the consent of the Government of the Russian Federation can perform such bonds and with public authorities of foreign states.
2. For the purposes of this Federal Law are understood as the international and foreign economic relations of subjects of the Russian Federation performed in trade and economic, scientific and technical, ecological, humanitarian, cultural and in other areas of communication with the foreign partners specified in Item 1 of this Article.
