About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus
In pursuance of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2022 "About change of the laws on the tax matters" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 230-Z
1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 25, 1999 No. 115 "About establishment of the list of payments":
in Item 9:
in subitem 9.1 of the word "butylated water" shall be replaced with words "the butylated drinking or mineral water, soft drinks, food, disposable tableware, personal care products acquired for general use";
to add subitem 9.6 after the word "guardianship" with words "(further – children)";
in subitem 9.10 of the word of "anniversaries" and "cultural or representative" to replace respectively with words of "the anniversaries of the organization determined in paragraph ten of part two of article 195 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus" and "representative and others";
in Item 15 of the word "according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words to "workers who according to legal acts are granted the participation right as physical persons in legal relationship on the national social insurance";
1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 30, 2008 No. 630 "About implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 2008 No. 313-Z "About traffic":
in Rules of carrying out the state technical inspection of wheel tractors, trail cars to them, the self-propelled machines and their admission to participation in traffic approved by this resolution:
